I have a Mac up-to-date. When I click the link to download nothing happens. I managed to download Tux Paint itself to another site, but for additional stamps (I) is important, I could not downloaden. If anyone encountered the same problem or knows how to help, please do so. Thank you.

What browser are you using? Have you tried downloading the file(s) you want directly from the SourceForge project page? http://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxpaint/files/
For Mac, you'll want "tuxpaint-0.9.21-macosx.dmg" from the "tuxpaint -> 0.9.21" section, and "tuxpaint-stamps-2009.07.29-macosx.dmg" from the "tuxpaint-stamps -> 2009.06.28" section.
Alternatively, you can download them from my FTP site: ftp://ftp.tuxpaint.org/unix/x/tuxpaint/builds/macosx/

I'm no expert, so this is just a thought aloud. If you Tux Paint from a site that is not the official site, may have downloaded the file is corrupted or somehow damaged. What could prevent the download of postage stamps. I suggest you uninstall and reinstall Tux Paint from the official website.
