What food would be good to quickly increase blood sugar level? - side effects of sweet & low

I'm not a diabetic or hypoglycemia. I am obliged to pills is my blood sugar in the blood - a side effect.
I'm not good with the sweet. I noticed that sometimes, but not make me almost the whole time.

All suggestions would be muchly appreciated.
I can not the chocolate, and juice the whole time.
